I committed to Wade by phone. He said he would send a crew in a matter of hours (same day). Two men arrived but identified themselves as employees of A & S plumbing which, they explained, is affiliated with A & O. This team worked very hard to correct a plumbing problem in a wall beneath the kitchen sink. They did not charge enough for the time and effort they put into this tough job!

Steve came to give me the quote. He was very helpful and did not try to "up-sale" me. I paid them exactly what was quoted to me on the first day. He meaured the room and gave me the square footage I needed to purchase the tile. The work was done a little behind schedule... The communication of this company with me is the only reason I did not give them 5 stars. Overall, they were a great team that gave a better bathroom than imagined.
