Bill was very professional, very knowledgeable. He provided us a lot of information about our water heating problem and reasons why it failed. I got 3 bids and Bill offered the lowest bid and was the only one to give an itemized explanation of what makes up the bid with options for us to buy our own water heater and he would install, if we wished. Bills equipment prices were equal to or better then what I found on the internet. He was on time and did the work quickly. I will call Bill in the future for plumbing services.
