Ron is very professional and went above and beyond. We had a problem with a part of our water heater that he couldn't remove because the factory had tightened it too much. He tried every tool he had and then he called the Whirlpool for us, got the free replacement kit and installed it.
He's great about explaining what he's doing/what your options are, was fair ,and gave outstanding service. I'd recommend Hpoes -n Dreams to all my friends.

Mr. Curry was friendly over the phone and was very knowledgable explaining in detail helping me get my water heater started. With him being honest saved me the cost of a service call. Also gave me a much lower quote then other companies if he had to come out.. He will be the first one i call if i ever need his services in the future.
