Bruce told me he would be at my house at 10am. about 9;45 he called to tell me that he was running late because of another job. This call was much appriciated. When he arrived he looked at another situation that I have and made recomendations. Again this was appriciated. Bruce set about doing the job. He was through and efficient doing a great job. I will use Bruce again.

My Hot Water Heater had water coming out from the pipe (as I was later explained because the water pressure was too high). Called Bruce M. Linstad Plumbing & Heating for emergency service.
Bruce explained me how to shut off the water and also check a few other things. He also agreed to come at 8 AM next morning. Next morning contractors where 1hr 10min late. The price tag was a litlle crazy: $1200 (including $180/hr for labour - Saturday morning emergency plumbing service rate). However, they did install the device to reduce pressure and everything works fine so far.

Bruce was very friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. He quickly found and fixed our burst pipe. Price was very reasonable. He also gave us some good tips relating to our heating system. Although he was a little late in arriving, we were very satisfied with his work.
