Our water heater stopped doing its job. Needing hot water immediately I went with the professional that first responded and could most immediately tend to the problem. Pro N Stall was able to send someone quickly. The repairman needed only to replace the thermostat. I did have to make a call into them a second time, for the water heater stopped working again, but that has become an electrical issue, not a water heater issue.
I was most impressed with Pro N Stall's customer service. They were prompt, cordial, professional and upfront about expected costs. I will be using them again when needed, hopefully more later than sooner.

They answered my email request within 3 minutes of contacting Service Magic. He was on the job the next morning, first thing with a solution to the problem. He was very knowledgeable and personable. I live far away from my rental home and he walked me through the entire process. He even recommended some additional things to be done that would PREVENT this sort of thing from happening again. (which I did!) A true gem!
