Extremely positive. The pilot light on the water heater had gone out and would not stay lit. The cause turned out to be a subtle fault in the powered vent system which had not been detected when the heater had been replaced 14 months earlier (by a different company). John went the extra mile and made sure that the system really worked.

Repair or Service a Water Heater in 02464
My water tank expired leaving me with no hot water. I was able to call, receive an estimate, and have a new water tank installed all on the same day. The guys were knowledgeable and performed the work as contracted. The cleaned up and left everything tidy and took away any packaging and my old heater away.
As a bonus, I was able to have a valve leak (for my lawn sprinkler) replaced on the fly as well, which I brought to their attention while they were replacing the tank.
All in all, very pleased with the speed and the work done. And very much appreciated the flexibility to perform more work when needed. Definitely recommend.
