Came check my water heater that had overflowed once. Gave us a very honest advice: before change relief valve check if that happens again or if want a warranted service change the whole heater, since existent one is more than 20years old. It has been passed more than 30 days and so far didn't happen again. Besides gave me more tips like where buy spare parts for fawecet and other stuffs.
