Their response was prompt; the service was very professional; they were very courteous to me in all discussions; they worked with the manufacturer of the water heater to get the warranty it had taken care of; and they stayed within their original estimate. I had been having a trouble free appliance in the last one month since they installed it. I would say that their service is worth the money.

Install a Central Air Conditioning System in 12550
Very friendly, knowledgeable and professional salesperson. Price was right in comparison to other esitimates. Took time to explain the tax implications of the new, more efficient heating and AC equipment. Explained the available rebates from Central Hudson and from Carrier.
Salesperson forgot, however, to mention to the service men that the humidifier we ordered had not arrived by the day they were installing the units. Salesperson admitted that he forgot to tell them. Media filter was not installed during the first installation visit.
