He was very straightforward and helpful in giving me advice and recommendations concerning the tankless water heater I was considering having installed and he gave me an estimate over the phone (the lowest bid I received from the 4 contractors I talked to). He was on time for the appointment we agreed to and he confirmed the bid we agreed to on the phone, then agreed to install that day. He stuck to his bid, even though the job ended up taking several hours longer than he originally anticipated. It was a pleasure, start to finish.
