My gas water heater was leaking and needed to be replaced. I thought the gas company would do it but they said I was on my own. I went on line and found a site and got calls from a few contractors. Paul called mel, gave me a quote and went to my home and before the end of the day my new tank was in. They had to come back to pick up the old tank the next day, but that was ok. I was very satisfied.
