Russell is very knowledgeable about the tankless water heating system we decided on, and was able to install it in the short time period we had. A few kinks were met and overcome along the way, but those had to do with the interface of his work and the propane company. He facilitated the problems and even had arranged for a back up system in case we came up to the deadline without the propane tank installed. I found him to be professional, courteous, and an all-round nice guy. I look forward to working with him in the future, and I suspect my rating to move up to the highest level.
