Russell is very knowledgeable about the tankless water heating system we decided on, and was able to install it in the short time period we had. A few kinks were met and overcome along the way, but those had to do with the interface of his work and the propane company. He facilitated the problems and even had arranged for a back up system in case we came up to the deadline without the propane tank installed. I found him to be professional, courteous, and an all-round nice guy. I look forward to working with him in the future, and I suspect my rating to move up to the highest level.

I was desparate , A larger plumbing company quoted me an outrageous price just to replace my water heater. I looked on line and was directed to service magic who then found 3 contractors, I just finished up on the site when RC & Sons called me. It was already after 1pm by then, Russell was on time and had my water heater installed in 2 hours and I was charged less than half of what the bigger company quoted me. I will definitely call again when I need work done. Thank you.
