So impressed - they called me within 2 - 3 minutes of my submission on Service Magic. I had a little home improvement project (replace a pedestal sink's faucet and drain) that went poorly and the drain past the trap was leaking. Jason came over in just a couple of hours and worked to fix it, recommending some next steps to fix my separate shower issue as well. Had guests coming over that night and he was our savior! Thank you for the great service!

Tech was called out for 3 different duties. 2 out of the 3 were handled in nearly a complete fachion.Repacking the stems in bathroom #2 seem to be complete repair. A faucet replacement still need to have the pop-up fixed and the leak in the master bath still hasn't been resolved. Looks like the tech stopped a bit short of stopping the leak by thinking that the faucets were the only problem. He repacked the stems and thought the job was done. Leak still occurs at the area where the shower head comes out of the wall. NO complaints though. They'll be called to come back later this week.
