Mr Jerry Neer was very prompt in setting up a site visit and submitted a very reasonable bid. He offered several alternatives that offered convience and savings. He left the job site neat and completed the job on time and at the estimated cost. There was a need for a return visit to re-arrange some piping to meet a an unforseen need. That visit was an "Extra Job" which Mr. Neer graciously provided free of charge.

Install or Replace a Water Heater in 66061
Very helpful, efficient and knowlegdable. Came out on a Sunday a replaced the heater at no additional cost. Met the homeowner at Home Depot to help with the selection process of the heater needed then followed him to the home and removed, installed and took away the old heater.

Install or Replace a Shower in 66205
We had a shower stall redone. The work consisted of tear out of old tile, wall board, and base.
New backer board and base was installed and new ceramic tile was put on the wall.
Estimate was timely, job was started and completed in a timely way, work was done very well,
Curt Ricke was very nice and easy to get along with. He cleaned up the project well. We were very happy with the results. His bid was not the lowest or the highest but very reasonable.
