I received a call within moments of pressing the submit button for my project. Plumbing Dr. quoted the lowest price. He answered all my questions and was polite when I told him I needed to speak to the other "pros". I called Plumbing Dr. back about 45 min later & set up the appt. He arrived at 8:50 am and ONE hour later he came upstairs with his clipboard and invoice. The price was EXACTLY for the quoted amount. I went downstairs to inspect the work. I had a new Rheem 40 gal tank installed (w/the expansion tank:GA code requirement) The area was CLEAN and DRY. I am thouroughly pleased!!!. I had HOT water about an hour later.
