I received a call from CMS within 30 minutes of putting request on Servicemagic. After discussing the project, I received a verbal quote followed by a written estimate within 24 hours. Although not the lowest bid, I felt most comfortable with CMS based on initial and follow-up conversations. Installation and service was exactly as we discussed, on-time that met my requirements. Dave was very professional and personable explaining the installation and set-up to me. The old water tank was removed and the basement area left as clean as it was when he arrived. I recommend his services.
