"Cadillac" would be a good way to describe this company: excellent service, very timely and responsive (they answered a middle of night, weekend call w/o a hiccup), and pricey. They did a nice job with an urgent replacement of a failed (and leaking) hot water heater. In a pinch, I would hire them again.
