I was looking for a specific water heater - Bradford White, to replace the one I had. P&L was more knowledgeable on BW than all the other plumbers I called. Most couldn't even get the right model number for replacement. Price was very competitive.

I was given a free esimate which I felt was reasonable for the work I wanted. All my questions about the tankless hot water system were answered to my satisfaction. I called to have the sytem installed and they were able to do the work the very next week. Two workmen showed up and completed the work required in a reasonable amount of time with no inconvenience to me. they cleaned up and took away my hot water heater. They showed me the work done and explained everything I needed to know about the system I was very happy with the whole project.
