We had a very difficult problem in that we needed to make room for a new larger furnace in an already tight utility closet that had a water heater tank, a softener system, and an existing furnace. The move to a tankless system eliminated the water heater tank but the installation of the tankless still involved considerations for servicing of all units within the utility closet. Mr. Counsil was very deliberate in figuring out the best use of space. He also upgraded some of the parts and accommodated all our requests with no change to the invoice. I also appreciate the 12-hour day he spent making sure we had hot water by the end of the day. His workmanship is excellent; he kept all appointments; and he was a pleasure to work with. I will request him for all my future plumbing needs.
