Fred call us in less than an hour after going to the servicemagic site. He was going to then check with a supplier (granted this was about 9:45pm) to see what estimate he could quote. In the meantime another individual called with a price. I told him I was still awaiting a price quote. Even though Fred's was a wee bit higher, I had a gut instinct he was the right choice and his company was. Excellent individual that came out to the house. Clean, concerned that we were taken care of (Justin hi tech). Thank you Fred. Just like we talked...you want a customer for the long haul. You have another one!

Fred was very responsive to the initial request and had Justin out within a few days to do the work. I definitely got the impression that Fred was trying to establish a long term relationship not just do a quick job. Justin was thourough and worked well with my wife to explain everything. Will work with Fred again.
