Tracy called and said they had to finish a job and that they would be about an hour late, he showed up 45 min later. They installed my water heater and did an excellent job. He was very informative on the do's and don'ts of water heaters. I would highly recommend him to my friends and family. Great job!!

Time will tell; but here are a couple of things I liked ... 1) Bill took the time to explain pricing in detail, as well as features ... 2) he installed a Rheem instead of a substandard brand ... 2) he was on time, cordial, and seemed very competent.
