Chris Hanlon is knowledgable, extremely prompt, and was able to fix my water heater within 2 hours. He also went "one step further" and called that night to be sure that I had hot water, and that all was fine. Chris also suggested that since the ignitor (which had malfunctioned only 18 months before), was the problem, and that if I wanted, he would order a spare ignitor so I would have it on hand, case the problem reoccurrs. I asked him to please order a spare ignitor, which he sent me with his bill. Hanlon's charges for the entire project and spare ignitor were very decent. Thank you ServiceMagic - I will DEFINITELY call you again!!

Two plumbers arrived on time and did a good professional job of removing my old water heater and installing the new one. They left the work area clean when they were done and Quinn Plumbing charged a fair price. The owner, Tom Quinn, followed up after the job by calling me to check that every thing was done to my satisfaction. I will use this company again.
