Excellent service all around. My previous water heaters was a tight fit between the gas line and the water main. The old heater also sat on top of the cleanout drain. DRF repiped the gas and put the new heater on bricks. Yes, this was an extra charge but it was very reasonable, they did do a lot of extra work. The installers were very professional, I had a couple questions as they worked as to why this or why that and they had no problem explaining stuff to me while they worked. All in all I will absolutely work with DRF again.

He installed water heater late at night from the same day as request, gave a very fair price. He was polite, professional and friendly. He did not charge me extra for a late night or emergency call.
