Charlie from Hometown Plumbing offered a competitive rate for top-notch service. He replaced my water heater, water pressure regulator, expansion tank, and copper plumbing with new ball valves. All parts he installed were top quality and his work was quite good. He worked quickly and professionally. I'm a picky customer and Hometown Plumbing did a great job.

Initially I called another contractor. They charge if they have to bring the heater down steps, and their prices were OUTRAGEOUS. So I called someone else, the person I spoke with really didn't seem to know what he was talking about. We called another contractor. The man they sent was not a master plumber,he didn't know their license # or even if they were registered with the better business bureau. Yet, he wanted to see all of my home(possible thief). I went with Hometown because they use only master plumbers and Charlie knew exactly what was wrong,and what to do to maintain my new heater. A-1 service
