He was helpful and informative. My issue (backing up/slow drains) was simple for him to fix, and then he showed me how to fix the clog before it gets bad - something I can do for maintenance.

They knew what they were doing, were friendly, timely and affordable. The only reason I wouldn't hire them again is the major BUTT CRACK factor. How gross. They certainly live up to the sterio-type.
