He did excellent work on time with a great deal of care. I know he gave a fare price. However in his price for the water heater he said the manufacturer gave a limited lifetime warranty. After it was installed I found that the warranty was only for seven years. He said the suppler is coming up with new paperwork but so far I have only 7 years.
