Philip was an outstanding professional. He was patient and listened to our concerns and answered all of our questions. He made relevant, cost saving suggestions and in addition gave us options for every problem we had in choosing and installing our new hot water tank. He stayed in regular and timely communication with us and did NOT assume he knew our wishes. He always checked with us to be sure that he was doing what we wanted done. He was very concientious, on time, and on budget and there were no surprises. Best of all he did and a quick but thourough installation and did a super job cleaning up and removing all debis from the installation
