I called several plumbing companies. They all immediately recommended replacing my hot water heater due to age (8 yrs) even before coming on site! I went online and found Servicemagic. Within 5 minutes of hitting the submit button, I received a call from Triangle Service Pro. Brian was the only person who listened to what my problem was and suggested that a total replacement probably wasn't necessary. When Brian arrived on site, he checked out the system and identified two problem areas that he fixed. The water heater has been running great ever since!
