I was overwhelmingly pleased with the technicians sense of urgency and professionalism. He was on time, worked well into the night to get the hot water heater installed and turned the entire job around very quickly. I will be requesting his service again in the near future when we will be faced with a large remodel that will require extensive plumbing services.

They responded quickly to my call, set up an appointment immediately and arrived on time for the job. The estimate that I received was well within expected price range and the service was excellent. The service man explained thoroughly the process and also explained how to get the most years from my air conditioner. He did not try to sell me a new air conditioner. Another quote I received from a competitor was at twice and seemed as if they were telling me the air conditioner was not in good condition etc. I highly recommend Preferred Plumbing based on price, service and level of knowledge.
