Water Works replaced my 16 year old hot water heater, cleaned and checked my furnace and repaired a cracked furnace vent. The techncian, Frank, was very professional and experienced. The price for the work was fair and the work performed was excellent. I would recommend Water Works to anyone looking to have similar work done.

Overall a very pleasing service. They are responsible, knowledgable, and good mannered. Mr. Lopez even made a follow-up call two hours later to check if everything works the way it should be. Sal completely gutted and replaced my boiler system and water heater with a high efficiency unit, water softener, completely new venting and made room for a laundry machine. He took the time to give me an accurate estimate and even came back with a supervisor to take a second look. He was able to understand everything that I wanted in the project and communicate the best way to do things. This was a very hard project and he did a great job communicating throughout pros and cons. Offered additional items without being pushy, gave me time to think things through and did not rush any part of the job. Andy and Rob and the office were also great!
