The only price increases over the original quote were changes that I wanted him to do. I will call them again if any future plumbing services are needed. I would give them an "A".

My water heater was leaking and water was running all over the garage. Southern Quality Plumbing was able to make an appointment for the same day to do the repair. They arrived on time, installed the water heater I asked for, they didn't try to sell me unnecessary work or repairs, they completed the work in a timely manner, and the bill was consistent with the estimate they gave. The technicians were knowledgeable and courteous. I'm very satisfied with the job, and will call them again if I need plumbing repairs in the future.
