Four workers showed up and in 2 hrs they completed the job. My house sits on about a 1/4 of an acre. They cleaned up the yard, cut the grass, apply grub control and fertilizer and planted new grass seeds. It has been 2 weeks since the work was done and we have new grass coming up. Our lawn looks much more greener and plush. These guys were great and I would recommend them to anyone and at anytime. They will be returning this week to perform the first cut.
