This was an estate that needed cleaning up and discarding of things to make the property suitable for sale. The cleaning job on interior of the house was near excellent. However, the discarding of items into a dumpster that I rented, presented some problems. Michael, the owner was cooperative and attended to rectify problems. The end results were some what disappointing. The items that did not into the dumpster were all over the place, I think that they could have at least put them into a neat pile. It is a young company and I'm sure that they will improve with time. I would most likely use them again. I think their prices were good.
