The service technician was prompt and thorough in his work. He covered all the ducts and dryer vent. It was a good thing as it was very clogged and could have started a fire. I am very grateful that I had this done and he showed me how to maintain it as well. I would definitely recommend this company.

Clean Carpets or Rugs in a Home in 49404
Their customer service was great, I really did like them. I have newer carpet and it's just my husband and I in the house no pets, no kids, and we never wear our shoes in the house so our carpet was pretty clean and in good shape. We just had a couple of spills where there were spots on the carpet and the ONLY reason I was having the carpet cleaned was to get these spots out and they are still visable. Guarentee came out a second time no questions asked to try again but without success. This is the first time I've ever had carpets cleaned, so I have no one to compare them with. But if I do it again I might try someone else just to see.
