I was impressed by her commitment to customer satisfaction. However, I don't think the products she was using were up to the task. I needed a heavy cleaning after moving into a new house, and there were lots of things left undone or inadequately cleaned. I was able to do a better job on my own in less time. I like the idea of "green" cleaning products, but my project needed a real blasting with chemicals.
