Derik was absolutely wonderful. He was very courteous and explained everything he was about to do. He was so quiet and gentle on surrounding furniture, I was impressed. No banging around when haulling that huge hose.

Derick was very nice on the phone and in person. Showed up on time and worked hard all the time he was here and did a very good job on 3 carpets and 2 chairs and was very reasonably priced. I would recomend and have to anybody needing carpets cleaned. I see on his web site he also does window washing and pressure wash the siding which I hope to get done in the spring.
