He did an excellent job with the carpets and removed all the cat urine smell and dander. I have severe cat allergies and just moved into the new place and have had no problems with the carpeting.
The only annoyance was that he was an hour late.

Tony called and could not make the appointed time, but did come later as promised. He was very courteous and conscientious. I'm not sure that his products were very good, though because the stains and odors came back immediately. That may just have been our particular situation....., but he did say that they could come back. He stayed late and made sure the job was completed. Again, he tried very hard to do the job right.
