They were very nice gentlemen. Their work was great, they did a wonderful job.
My complaint with them is the way they charge. I was quoted a price and in the end it cost me twice the amount of the original proposal. I understood they ran into more difficulties in my bedroom, but the other charges should have been seen a the time of the proposal. I was very dissatisfied with the way we were charged, what would have happened if we did not have the money for the addtiional charges ? Like I said, I would recommend them for a job, because they did an exceptional job, but I would get their proposal in writing with an agreed amount and signature.
