Eric was extremely helpful with the design of a solution to my problem with an old cellar door. It is an exterior door that covers the steps to a cellar on a 100+ year old house. He came up with a plan that made the door lighter to lift open, a secure method for keeping it open, and still made it strong enough to support the weight of anyone who walked on it when it was closed. The end product was the finest looking and functioning cellar door I have ever seen.

Service call was prompt and speedy. Repair person was very personable, well mannered, and is extremely customer service oriented. He was very thorough and knowledgeable of the system.
