Very easy to work with. Showed up on time, cleaned up, took feedback well, very clear on costs and follow through. I would use them again in a flash for other work, and this was a large project that included kitchen, hall, living room, stairs, upstairs hall and two bedrooms upstairs and included a fireplace, all trim, mantle and taking down wall paper, preparing wall and then painting in kitchen. Frank continued work to completion. Work was satisfactory. Would recommend a clear explanation be presented up front about how overages will be charged. eg: if a job is bid to take 2 days but takes 5, what will be charged beyond the original bid. What value is a bid if it is so low it will most likely be exceeded.
