Steve contacted me right away and made an appointment to come and give me an estimate. I forgot he was coming, and I arrived 10 minutes later than he expected. He was sitting in his truck patiently when I arrived. He had me discuss my project needs to be certain that we both knew exactly what I wanted, and he provided a timely estimate. The estimate was very competative, and he appeared to be quite knowledgeable, so I decided to go with him rather than with either of the two other contractors I had considered.
