Mike Schaeffer was very responsive in providing estimates and samples. The fellows showed up for work on the day agreed, though the installation took two days instead of one. The team worked hard, was courteous and careful, and tried to please. There were two problems: 1. The installers switched the large and small gates and would have installed them wrong had I not been there to supervise. Mike did not keep an eye on what they were doing--he went elsewhere and did not return. 2. The gates were designed poorly (not Fine's fault) and the frame was too large for them to latch properly. The installer came up with a solution.
