Allen, our salesman, took the time to find out about our family and kitchen habits and recommended a product that I never would have known about that suited our needs much better instead of just selling me what I asked for like everyone else we spoke with. Although we did have some some initial installation issues with our kitchen floor, FCI was on the ball and took care of everything right away. We were so happy with them, that we also had them install carpet in our family room. I highly recommend Floor Coverings International and will definitely call them for any future floor covering purchase. A++++ merchant.

Repair Exterior Trim in 15090
Seemed like a reasonably priced, honest professional. We had a small delay in getting the job scheduled because Shawn was having truck problems, but once that was cleared up, he came right away. I would have liked him to be a bit more proactive with his communications, but he eventually responded to questions and provided updates. He provided a copy of his insurance certificate without prompting, and he left the job site exactly as he found it. All things considered, I would hire him again if the need presented itself.
