We had to replace the siding on a commercial project, and it was more than any of us planned. Al was very professional, went out of his way to make sure everything was done at the highest level. The quality of work was very good. The amount of time it took for the repairs and the cost for the repairs were reasonable as well. My only complaint is that the repairman had to drive to Gloucester to get a piece of siding to match the siding on my house. I'm okay with that since places like Lowe's and Home Depot don't carry a wide variety of siding. However, nobody explained this to me when I set my appointment up, so I was a bit perturbed when I saw the bill for the repairs. I can understand having to drive to get a piece that matched my siding, but the people who set up the appointments need to communicate better with their customers.
