New Window - Single in 11779
The estimate was very competitive. We did have more than just the window changed. We also installed a new door, put an a/c unit through a wall, & re-sheetrocked a bathroom. The work began on time, but instead of 3 days, took almost 5.
Mike was happy to do more than we had contracted & made sure that we were satisfied before he left. He had to come back twice afterwards for small issues, but was quick to respond.
All work was completed professionally & to our satisfaction.

Overall work seems satisfactory -- tho they tried to cut corners, like applying stucco without steel mesh or anchoring material. (That's not acceptable here in the northeast where freezing would shortly undermine the stucco.)
Stone mason used was very competent
This homeowner had to supply electric extension cords and powerwasher to contractor and his men.-Why?
