New Windows - Multiple in 64138
The over all experience was good. Getting the windows was another story. First 2 windows were off by 6 inces. I'm not sure who was at fault there, but it was very frustrating. The picture window also was cracked. I can see that, because it is a very big window. Next aother window also was damaged. It took, it seemed a very long time to get it replaced. It almost seemed that someone forgot to order a new sash. Overall we are please with our new windows. Our basement seems to stay warmer, the whole house temperature seems to be the same; including the basement, which in the past seemed to get much cooler in the winter.
