On Monday, one of the workers noticed a leak from the siding. Mikhail climbed up and noticed that
the caulking was old and ineffective. (They were there for the flashing). What a great observation!
Then Mikhail went to the other side of the house and noticed that no caulking was ever done there.
(Sears did the initial siding). Again, bravo.
Sears was going to charge me 792.00 and use the damaged flashing. Michail quoted me 500.00 with new flashing, and 50.00 for the caulking. They did a beautiful job of matching the new flashing to the siding, cutting it correctly and making sure that the wind would not disturb it.

Kubuk Construction crew was efficient and through in their work. A professional job with pros with a great attitude and they were friendly and amenable to our concerns and anwered our questions about siding. Serge was on the job on time everyday and has excellent people skills. They cleaned up after each day's work and were willing to do a little extra here and there. Liz and another gentleman at the Sears Home Improvement Office were understanding about our concern about needing a little roofing tile work done in conjunction with the siding. Follow-up phone calls from Liz was a great touch..Really.., we are quite pleased with the work.
