I was nervous hiring somebody that I found on the computer, but my worries were unfounded. Brian and his crew did a fantastic job, worked cleanly and stayed until late in the evening on more than one occasion to be sure that the house would be protected from rain that was forecast while they were doing the roof job. The professionalism that this company has is rare to find these days. Everything from the price to the quality to the time it took to do the job was fantastic. I intend to use Brian's company for other projects in the future. I could not be happier with the job!

Barring a couple of snafu's (shingles back-ordered, holiday, weekends & rain) making the job take 2 WEEKS to complete; the job has finally been completed to my satisfaction. I was quoted a 1 week completion. There was one day where only 2 roofers were working & if there had been a full crew; it would have been a more timely completion. I also had to have the crew come back to clean-up my yard better than they originally left it. And, although the job is "complete" now; the equipment trailer is still in my front yard (to be picked up tomorrow SO THEY SAY).

Overall the installation was good except for a couple of things they needed to return to fix; 1) Gap in shingles left alongside chimney flashing, 2) drip edge over bay window prevented windows from opening 3) broken shingle that needed to be replaced.
Overall cleanup left a bit to be desired - many nails left on lawn and in gutter, marks left on siding from old shingles thrown off roof.
