We were extremely pleased with Design Concepts Plus (DCP) with their design, suggestions, construction phase and post-construction follow-up. They were extremely personable and very approachable over any issue or question. They were very prompt and followed through on their word on every phase or issue that arose. We would highly recommend DCP to anyone looking for deck construction and design.

Quick response and scheduling of service. They quoted me one price (they operate at $80/hr + supplies) and then when they found out what I did for a living they tried to assign an apprentice to the job to assist (I think to make more money). Ended up they only sent one person. The price quote on the day of service was higher than the original estimation for the job but then they used the apporach of "overestimat and outperform." The job was completed faster and cheaper which was more in line with the intiial estimate. Overall, they worked with me on what I wanted done and did it to my satisfaction.
