This project is not yet entirely complete but I have been satisfied with they work so far. HTR makes every effort to get things done the way you want them and is willing to go the extra mile. Install or Completely Replace Vinyl Siding in 12302
I am happy with the job done generally--they were very quick--cleaned up. but they many details were left undone--mitered edges on the trim were not completed. Corners were not professionally done--there are areas that are already deteriorating. I was expcting a follow up visit but did not get get it. I thought some of the problems could be easily fixed. I was also promised documentation to show that the siding could be tax deductable as energy star compliant--never got that either.

Glen Avlon (owner )who performed the work, was by far the most professional, punctual and efficient contractor I have ever hired! I was so impressed by his superior craftmanship installing our new vinyl fence that I kept him busy around our new house for 3 weeks doing all our other jobs including, installing 21 new windows, plastering a wall and repairing our basement stairs :) Glen allowed me to help him with installations so I could learn how to do these jobs myself if needed ,in the future. Most importantly, Glen was here every morning at 8 O'clock sharp and completed all home improvements in the origional time frame promised. 10 STARS!
